Silver Quill Award winners for 2007

The IABC Heritage Region Silver Quill competition saw 98 entries in 2007. Judges selected 18 Award of Excellence winners and 31 Award of Merit winners. Awards of Excellence are granted to entries that score an average of six points or more on a seven-point scale. Each entry is reviewed by at least two judges.

Awards for the 2007 and 2008 Silver Quill competitions will be presented at the 2008 Heritage Region Conference to be held October 12-14 in Hartford, CT.
